In a recent online interview about Star Trek XII, Zachary Quinto said  "We're getting geared up,"  "We're about 10 weeks away from production, so it's right around the corner. Things are moving quickly, so everybody is suiting up." "I haven't read a script yet," he added. "I'm going back to Los Angeles today and I'll dive back into, you know, connecting with J.J. and hearing where the stories are going to take us.

Italian physicist and inventor Andrea Rossi has conducted a public demonstration of his cold fusion machine, the E-Cat, at the University of Bologna and invited physicists gave it a solid thumbs up. In the past the seemingly impossible  process has been met with heavy skepticism, however the idea is an attractive energy solution for two reasons: Unlike nuclear fission, the reaction doesn't give off dangerous radiation. Unlike the fusion processes that take place in the sun, cold fusion doesn't require extremely high temperatures.
